I'm now mostly happily ensconced in my townhome and Cookie is finally starting to relax and not just hide under the couch anymore. Basil adjusted pretty fast and I'm still amazed at how well the townhome is holding all our junk. I still have to go through boxes of course and get some new furniture but overall things are going well.

So far the biggest problems are: overhead lights. There are no lights in the bedrooms and the living room in case I've not mentioned this before. I bought a new light to try in the MBR which actually needs a lamp the most as the current window shades are super dark and the little forest our deck overlooks keeps the room dark most of the time. I want to get a lamp for the Living Room, but so far my favorite one is $300 which seems a bit steep. I'm also on the hunt for a well made and attractive chest of drawers or two.

So with that in mind, I am considering going to Brimfield next week end. I've not gone in years... I want to say more than 10! But it always use to be fun and I am hoping they still have the amazing Ice cream place.

Tomorrow I will be exploring more of Federal Road assuming all goes well.

Unfortunately I'm kind of booked up for the next couple of weekends, but I hope you have a lot of fun if you go to Brimfield!

I hope Kennis can catch up on his rest soon so he can help you with the furniture/light hunting.

Could you possibly go on a week day? I could pick you up since you're sort of on the way. I'd love to see you at some point, I guess it is getting close to strawberry season and then we can go picking! :)

Yeah, I'd love his help, I need to break down some more boxes as well to give to my brother, since he is moving in early June.
