Townhome fun
May. 3rd, 2010 09:11 pmI'm now mostly happily ensconced in my townhome and Cookie is finally starting to relax and not just hide under the couch anymore. Basil adjusted pretty fast and I'm still amazed at how well the townhome is holding all our junk. I still have to go through boxes of course and get some new furniture but overall things are going well.
So far the biggest problems are: overhead lights. There are no lights in the bedrooms and the living room in case I've not mentioned this before. I bought a new light to try in the MBR which actually needs a lamp the most as the current window shades are super dark and the little forest our deck overlooks keeps the room dark most of the time. I want to get a lamp for the Living Room, but so far my favorite one is $300 which seems a bit steep. I'm also on the hunt for a well made and attractive chest of drawers or two.
So with that in mind, I am considering going to Brimfield next week end. I've not gone in years... I want to say more than 10! But it always use to be fun and I am hoping they still have the amazing Ice cream place.
Tomorrow I will be exploring more of Federal Road assuming all goes well.

Date: 2010-05-04 01:49 pm (UTC)I think it is the baby moving, there is always a chance it is just gas. >.< But now I think it is the baby since it feels all fluttery and weird. Being pregnant is very exciting, except when I am puking again ~.~

Date: 2010-05-06 11:39 am (UTC)If I got to Brimfield want to go to? Would you want to meet after? It's about 30 minutes North of you, between Springfield and Sturbridge.
And thanks! It's sort of exciting but not since I'd like hubby's opinion but he has been curling up and gong to sleep as soon as he gets home since he is on an earlier schedule now and I think is behind on sleep still from the move. Of course I tend to nap a lot because I'm pregnant.
I like to blame everything on the pregnancy and I sort of can according to What To Expect(no subject)
