OK So Suzaku who is the "dumb" one can figure out Lelouch is lying to him and OK Lelouch why ARE you lying?!?! What do you want Suzaku to rescue Nunnally DESPITE everything you've done? Are you trying to prove some sort of point? But Lelouch, the supposed smart one can't tell after the speech Suzaku made that he was sincere. I mean hello, if he was going to capture Lelouch just to turn him in couldn't have have done it easier before he you know swallowed his pride and told Lelouch to make the lies true and to stop the war? Call me crazy but if his goal was capturing Lelouch couldn't he have just easily done it when he was smashing Lelouch's face into the pavement? Or is Lelouch really that stupid and WANTS to think the worst of Suzaku just like foreign fandom? I mean I don't know call me crazy but even before the reveal, it seemed pretty obvious to me that Suzaku was set up and just didn't realize he was being followed.

Speaking of evil, uhh Schniezel and Kanon are damn evil too. And OK so is it just me or did Schneizel know all along. Also what did Suzaku tell them, was it the truth even? On the bright side, Gino was looking for Suzaku, knew he felt down and was trying to cheer him up and was talking to Kallen about how much happier Suzaku use to look and how he wants Suzaku to smile like that. OMG I love GinoSuza and Gino and while this is not as good as glomping makes me smile! :D

I wonder if Kallen is going to lie to Gino and tell him she wants to join with them and then like run off to join Lelouch... I was so worried he and Kallen were slashy but they're umm not, at all.

BTW finally watched 14-16 and my thoughts... So Geass is like being a Sith???? >>; Also so like does the Geass world === the dream world from X?!?!? I think I've not seen so many gears since X. When young CC, Yukana sounds just like she did as Meiling. I find that scary. Also, was it just me or did that whole scene with Charles, Lelouch and CC not smack of Utena?!?!?! It didn't help it looked like Charles was about to pull a sword out of CC and then the way everything fell apart and Lelouch was reaching for C.C.

Suzaku did NOT drug Kallen. He got her into the chair was going to do it and then realized, no he is not Lelouch. And later let her beat him up. He is a genuinely nice guy in a crappy situation. I loved his scene with Anya and omg did anyone notice Arthur has been trying to get his attention has been snuggling him more lately? Also did Nunnally pick out Kallen's dress cause seriously only someone who is blind would pick it out!

OMG Luciano is insane and wants to do horrible things to Suzaku. He's bitchy to Gino but he wants to stick pointy things in Suzaku so that he is impaled on a rock since ClampSunrise won't allow penetration. I can see why there is a new sudden onslaught of Luciano trying to do bad things to Suzaku in fan-art.

Anyone notice that the person who knew Schneizel's moves was Kaguya and he knew hers? I love that little evil Sumeragi. >>;

I think it isn't that Lelouch is stupid as much as the creators want them to trade places, as in Lelouch now is the one who who doesn't trust Suzaku and Suzaku is the one who keeps something from Lelouch (like Lelouch did for the accidental factor in Euphie massacre). And the Sunrise people don't care how bad they have to butcher the character to achieve the effect -_-

See and instead it reads to me either: 1) Lelouch is a hell of a lot more unobservant since he is so self-centered or 2) Lelouch never really did trust Suzaku and is really just that much of a jerk. Sunrise has butchered characters before, but well.. gah it irks me if that was seriously the purpose! And honestly, in this case Suzaku hasn't had a chance to say anything, he seemed a bit shell shocked and then Kanon cut him off. And his accident is much more clearly and accident! And really why did Lelouch lie to Suzaku about everything he did? What purpose does it serve other than for him to be testing Suzaku!?!? You'd think if he really wanted Suzaku's help telling the truth might be a good idea. ~.~

Yeah that Clovis line sort of sealed it for me. I think R2 Schneizel is like EVIL seriously evil. I think he and Kanon were bad touching Suzaku and are not trying to send him on a downards spiral so he is willing to commit suicide ;;_;;

No, I uhh didn't think Gino and Kallen were slashy. It actually came off as Gino obsessing about Suzaku and Kallen reconsidering and thinking maybe Suzaku really is a nice guy too. If anything it sort of comes off as them both deciding they want to do Suzaku lol And Gino was looking for Suzaku and got the albums to actually try to cheer up Suzaku and he keeps looking at the smile... Oh Gino!

I don't like downgraded CC, but I didn't mind teen flashback flirtatious CC. But wow she was so Anthy and she's even a witch! XD;;; It was so Utena!

One can say that Lelouch is tired of trying to trust Suzaku, but yes, he's incredibly self-centered. I really don't know why he was lying, but that was really a bad move. Lelouch just can't think straight when it involves Suzaku.

But Lelouch has never really tried to trust Suzaku before. ^_^;; Every so often he says he is going to and then completely backs off that. I think the only time we saw him truly "trust" Suzaku was back in R1 and it was to sve Nunnally from Mao. In R1 Suzaku tried to trust Lelouch, he might have at one point started wondering if Zero==Lelouch but he wanted to trust his friend. I don't know I guess for me it's just not really equivalent since like Suzaku really has good reasons to think poorly of Lelouch. Also, I hate to say it but when Suzaku did turn Lelouch in before, you know he was stark raving mad and shooting a gun and playing Spinzaku and then tying him up and trucking him off and forcing him to talk to Papa. He didn't try to offer his hand and make a speech about how he needs to make the lies the truth by working towards peace and better world. With my luck Suzaku is going to die and Geass will end with a living Lelouch thinking of how Suzaku told him to make the lies true and then trying to do that ~.~ Grrrrr I will so want to break things if that happens To me there is really no reason for Lelouch to have lied, it makes no sense.

The ending will be horrible but well I can get creative with it all being fake or something I mean, hey if Lelouch can go back to the right height in 17, the writers can forget that this should now be 2018 cause R1 was 2017, and do all the crack crap they've put in R2, I can make up my own happy ending too.

Personally, I would rather Suzaku lives, even without Gino. I would be pleased if it ended with say Suzaku learning to smile again. And I don't really see Suzaku having probs now with trusting his dear friend because 17 shows he was going to trust Lelouch again in the end. He's the one who offered his hand and said make the lies the truth. If that's not saying he's going to give Lelouch another chance nothing is.

And it's clear Nunnally is pretty awesome when she doesn't have someone trying to take care of her. She is totally wearing the pants now despite wearing one of the girliest dresses in Geass.

I think sometimes the directors throw out red herrings and sometimes want to do things and then don't cause they don't have time, etc. I mean I remember reading somewhere that Asuran was going to lose like a hand or arm or something at the end of Seed 01. I also seem to remember the director saying the wench in Seed would get a chance to show she is not a wench and that so never happened except in Kira's imagination which does not count!
