Happy Belated Birthday to becroberts and thundermew

I'm back home in NY and now just have to deal with jet lag.

On the good news side, I got an upgrade to Business class from KIX to SFO.

On the meh side, some ultra conservative guy was being really obnoxious in the Red Carpet Club and I had to engage him when he went on about employment lawyers.

On the good side, random guy from the Red Carpet Club came up to me and thanked me for debating with obnoxious guy since he was holding the club hostage to his political views by being loud.

And also a Happy Belated Birthday to chocolate_chip, though I wished you an early Happy Birthday when I was in Japan so that should count for something.

I brought my Laptop into the Apple to be fixed, they claim it shall only take a few days, we shall see. For now I am back to my old iBook. It's odd. The screen seems so much smaller, but it's nice having a track pad that works. It also doesn't have a lot of the programs I normally use on it which is a bit of a pain.
