Gift Giving

Wheeee, the office is empty other than me, so I can be lazy and read LJ. I've come up with a wonderful last minute, definitely will be late birthday gift, it's just a matter of now getting it out and hoping it arrives safely. What fun!

I'm think of getting a Yaoi!Gallery account to share my lack of artistic skills. I also forgot to bring the sketch I had been working on with me to work to photocopy which is rather annoying. I generally like to photocopy my sketches, so I can go over the lines with ink to make tracing easier. Ah well, I can always photocopy it next week or practice my horrid tracing skills, or well try something new.

It's so lovely, because it's a long week end no one is calling the office. I love quiet days. Perhaps tonight I will be good and work on editing and taking more pictures.

I'm on the wrong computer to reply to your email, Rachel, but yeah, I can get the boxset if you need me to. Prices tend to vary from place to place, so do you have a maximum that you want to spend?

*hugs* thank you!!!! I tried placing an order with someone via amazon, so I am waiting to see if it works. If it doesn't come Wed (since Mon is a holiday here) I will definitely bug you. I so so so so appreciate this. The gift will be late, but ah well. lol

Mon is a holiday here too. I expect it to pour with rain, which is traditional, or possibly hail like the rest of this week ^_^

Yep, if your Amazon order doesn't work out, no problem. I have to go to the post office some time in the not-too-distant future anyway, and anything to help out a friend.

Not so fabulous - I'm in a bit of a slump physical+mental healthwise, which is why I'm spending very little time on-line other than continuing my search for employment. On the plus side, it generally works out that the more depressed I am, the more I write, and I've been incredibly productive this week. (On two different books, as well.) So I feel really good about that. The literary agency I submitted to a while back is rather backlogged right now which means they still haven't gotten to mine. *sigh* I'm very tempted to try US agents, there's more of a market for the kind of thing I write over there.

On a creative front - you should definitely get a Y!G account to show off with. Everything appeals to somebody, right? You never know, you might find a bigger audience for YuuYuu ^_^
