twotone not only sent me my AR shoes in the mail, but sent me a super special treat. *____________*
Nothing makes your day better than unexpected goodies in the mail.
I am ganking this from
twotone and
pure_trance.
Step 1 - Post a list of up to 20 books/movies/anime/TV shows/video games/etc. that you've had an obsessive fannish love of at some time in your life.
Step 2 - Have your friends list guess your favorite character from each item.
Step 3 - Post in your own journal.
I would think some of these are so completely obvious it's not even funny lol
1. Les Miserables
2. Ducktales
3. Gargoyles
4. The River Ki
5. Gi-Joe
6. Prince of Tennis
7. Card Captor Sakura
8. X
9. Gundam Seed
10. Lord of the Rings
11. The Belgariad
12. 24
13. As the World Turns (1984-1990)
14. The Mysterious Cities of Gold
15. Abarenbo Shogun
16. Watership Down
17. A Night to Remember
18. The Westing Game
19. The Tomorrow People
20. The Third Eye

Date: 2006-05-13 10:53 pm (UTC)I still remember the occasional care package in college and it was such a treat for me. lol
With the rise of the internet/email it's so rare to even just get a letter or postcard in the mail. And this was a particular treat because it was Bit o' Honey candy. It's next to impossible to find here, but was readily available when I was young, much like Toffifay.
