Even if it's a bit late. Also a happy belated birthday to dilettantka and akaisakura You were both in my thoughts on your respective birthdays (2nd and 4th) even though I was slow to post about it. :(

I've packed up two more boxes of returns and two boxes of items to go out. I just now have the doll I sold once payment is complete and lots of thank yous and some more announcements. Wheeeee. But I got something done, and went for my walk and snuggled my baby so life is good.

Actually, life is surprisingly good. sumeragiskank linked me to a download and when I first saw it was Tenipuri related I was full of trepidation. I adore sumeragiskank but I consider me and Tenipuri a bad break up as in the end the only character I liked never really showed up. But having been friends for so long, I trusted her and watched and... and... Tenipuri came about as close as I ever hoped to giving me exactly what I wanted.. after 6 years. Yes, they had Yuuta and Yagyuu actually interacting and Niou flirting with Syuusuke and freaking Yuuta out. It was beautiful. It also had Syuusuke hitting on Yuuta and shared that when Yuuta was a little boy his brother forced him to wear horrible costumes the one in the story seriously looked like a cross between Peter Pan's and Tinkerbell's. and still liked to force Yuuta to do this. It took 6 years, and it was just a short, but thank you for finally giving me something I wanted.

In other news... I also actually did a box opening thread. Visit DoA and be in awe of my lack of photography skills.

Tenipuri was never my poison but I did always wonder why you fell out of the fandom, since you were so into it for so long. Glad you finally got some closure!

I had a huge fall out with the fandom which started the souring and then well, it is hard for a story to stay interesting as there gets to be more and more episodes and I found the main characters more and more annoying. In the end, I disliked nearly everyone which just made it hard to watch. (vs. say a good series like Geass which by the end I liked nearly everyone or Basara (only series where a married couple gets doujin lol))

I do feel like I got closure though so I really appreciate it.

*shrugs* It's pretty similar to the Geass Sound episodes, perhaps animated more actually. I was just so amused since it was pretty much all that I wanted from Tenipuri. If most episodes had been similar I'd have kept watching the series.

I logged into DoA for the first time in probably years. Adina + Pocket Fairy = too much cuteness for me to bear!

And... yay for when a series you like/liked finally rewards you!

I couldn't believe I got her to actually hold the fairy by accident lol I think I shall have to do more photo stories with Adina and the PFs assuming I can either find or make them some more outfits. I use to have a box of just PF clothes but where it is now...

It is wonderful to finally get what you want from a series. In many respects I've been lucky. Geass had the perfect ending with amazing closure and all the characters I like having been making out well in the other series I've been watching, though of course this goes against actual history in Basara.

That Tenipuri short sounds like fun! I'm glad you managed to get something approaching what you wanted. I can't remember when I gave up on it but it's not like my favourite team were ever going to win anyway, being Fudomine...

At least Fudomine or parts there of would continue to show up every so often. I always thought that it was interesting that if Tenipuri had been like most anime, Fudomine would have been the main team.

I adore the dress, though I am not going to put it on Adina until the new diapers come, as the ones we are currently using are nothing but trouble. ~.~
