Good News The shower is working! It appears it was just the head was not attached well and took all of 10 seconds to fix

Neutral News The problem with the tub seems to be connected to the amount of hot water the boiler can hold.

Bad News The people who looked at the house this week end decided not to buy ;;_;; I think they wanted more bathrooms but it's like... we said there was only 1.5 ~.~ I hope we can sell this house and find something new. It's really stressful.

Good luck! I hope you can find a nice retired couple or something who won't need a huge number of bathrooms.

Well, the house would even be fine for a couple with 2 children since there are 3 bedrooms... I just think people have weird expectations sometimes. Of course I know I did when I was first house hunting. I just want it sold so that it is settled. I think next Thursday is going to be our open house now.

Haha, that is because I am always late. I still have 4 more people to get out gifts and cards to. At this point it is going to be more like T'ubeshevat cards. ;;_;;

It's really hard, I would just feel better if I knew we had a bid or something. I am hoping to on Thursday start the looking process.

Did have work done on your boiler?

Seems strange you cannot fill up the tub with hot water.

It's really a hard house selling market but your house is really nice in such a wonderful location.

Open house should really help.

Thanks for your Card!

You probably could fill up the tub if like the hot water heater is completely full of hot water, but that is a very big if. ^^; The hot water heater thing is not all that big and my tub is HUGE.

We've not had work down there as far as I know.

Yeah, technically we've not officially listed it yet and the house down the block sold very quickly. It's just depressing since I was hoping to get things over early and maybe avoid having the house on the market for a long time. It's not a great market but I think we're reasonably priced and the house does have a lot of pluses.

And you're welcome for the card. :)
