For those curious, I am back from Japan. However I unfortunately managed to pick up one souvenir I would have preferred leaving Japan without, a very nasty cold/flu. I still don't know how I managed to make it through my plane flights and actually arrive at home. I think I am swearing off karaoke as I was not coughing at all until then.

I owe a lot of people messages of varying sorts and I'm still completely backlogged on LJ. Starting Sunday I plan to go through everyone on my flist and read all their posts made since January started since I missed a lot right before I left for Japan as well. Communities may or may not be read. ^^; Apologies in advance for being so behind.

40 or so postcards were sent, though the ones from Osaka are taking super long it seems and I bet the people I sent cards to from Tokyo get theirs first. ~.~ Sorry if you are in the Osaka group in advance, I should have known that post office sucked after the difficulties I had in trying to send a letter to Tokyo.

Hello! Sorry about your illness! If it's the same thing I had, it's reallly nasty. D: (I've been completely well for a while now, so it's not my fault!)

I took Rolo to Sato, and they can't replace the head magnets. If you had the head magnets, they could glue them in, but they can't give you new ones. Don't ask me why. However, his cord seems awefully loose, so would you like me to get him tightened the next time I go? Lots of people asked what mold he is. Is he a Rengemaru?

No, I'm thinking whatever I picked up was something I caught at the karaoke place or perhaps exacerbated by it rather than coming from an actual friend >>;; My cold/flu is quite unhappy but doing a lot better now. I think the fever broke sometime yesterday and I'm not coughing as much or as congested, 3 cheers for Nyquil! Right now my biggest problems are lethargy, fatigue and no appetite.

Rolo is a Yo SD Rengemaru. :D He's one of the few Rengemaru I really like. I don't know who did his face up but it's not default. I'm his 4th owner at a minimum. If you can get his string tightened (for free) I would love that) and thank you so much for trying with his magnets. I guess when he gets home I will have to to look into alternatives. I shall get my husband working on the project or perhaps ask on DoA.

*hugs* It really is, I think the fever has broken finally but I'm still coughing. It varies from not so bad, to sounding like I can't breathe. >.< I'm still making it through my flist, but hopefully I will soon by up to "R" (I'm doing it alphabetically)

I'm so glad you got it! The group from Osaka who hasn't gotten their cards are mostly my immediate family so it's a bit disappointing.

I'm glad Bob liked it! It was surprisingly fun to draw. lol

It's very nasty I spent a lot of time with a bad fever and awful chills but I think I'm finally doing somewhat better though I still get tired easily and I have no appetite.

Flu really sucks. Lots of resting and eating are the only way to get it under control. Don't push yourself too hard~

No, it's so not fun but the husband got me ginger ale and promised to get me more as well as ginger snaps! :D And more bread for toast so that is something though today I am hoping to convince myself to try some soup in a bit. BTW I got your package in the mail!!!! I think Nunnally is going to steal the sweater and Lelouch totally wants the PVC pants and I can't wait to feel well enough to be able to eat the chocolate!

Oh goodie! I'm glad you like your stuff. I hope the chocolate is good. I mostly chose it because it was Fair Trade and gold coins are traditional and good quality ones are hard to find. May you feel well enough to eat them soon!

Lelouch can't wait to be in those trousers. Things are looking up for him, he got new pants, I got a Nunnally, Rolo stayed in Japan to go to Sato, and Gino is still getting his new face up so Suzaku is his!

BTW what sort of F-35 did Takira want? I'm considering selling mine since I think I want to get the Shirou on DoA >>;

I owe you a huge apology! I packed up a padded envelope with my last empty imp full of one of the oils you wanted but then my husband accidentally left it in the car the entire time I was gone. ;;_;; I'm so so so so sorry. When I go to the PO tomorrow I will send it out and I am going to order more supplies so I can send you the other imp.

The plane trip home was pretty awful I just could not get comfortable on the long flight and when I woke up after a nap on the shorter one I thought I was going to be ill.

I'm glad you like it. I was pretty impressed with the quality of the Japanese printing stock, though it proves I need to learn to color on the computer and not just with Copics.

I'm doing a lot better now that the fever has broken so that it's just now mostly fatigue and a cough. I'll prob take a dose of Nyquil later for good measure. It's just overwhelming since I have so much to get done!

Hahaha actually, I only posted a message at the start of my trip saying I arrived and then another about my experience on the side of the table at Osaka Comic City and my new found love for SpaWorld.

I am so so so so behind, but hopefully by the middle of the week I will be caught up and ready to make a dent on things around the house.
