So I'm behind on reading my flist right now since I've been really busy baking the last few days. I had to make 2 pies for the homeless and then make food my family's Chanukah party. Because my sister could get lower airfare if she flew in Christmas Day we decided to have a big celebration for Chanukah yesterday. And oddly, this was probably the best Christmas I have ever had. Usually I really am not fond of Christmas because everything closes and there is nothing to watch on TV but Christmas specials. Things have gotten better with the advent of the internet but it still gets sort of lonely/boring. Before this my best Christmas had been the one in Japan, but this one was actually nicer because I spent it with my family ♥

I made yummy carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, mashed potatoes and cranberry bread. I so so so love cranberry bread. I need to alter the recipe enough so that I can share it and then make another few loaves once I buy more cranberries. I think chopping the cranberries is the worst part of making it I want to make some more carrot cake for Erin too and maybe pumpkin cookies!

The husband and I are almost done watching FMA we have just 3 episodes and the movie left.

I so love cupcakes but they don't travel well so I can't bring you any. ;;_;; I have been making quick breads since I've just been in the mood. I'm hoping to make a chocolate layer cake for New Years Day since my mom now wants to have a party. :D

If you want me to bring you some Cranberry bread, let me know, I'm making some more loaves soon! :D

Hi! I saw your name on thundermew's blog and was wondering if you had heard from her? She and I were swap partners and I know she got her box and loved it but I never got a box and have not heard from her in responce to any of my emails. I am not worried about getting a swap box back, I am just worried that she is not okay. Thanks

I want to change the recipe enough that I can share it and not feel guilty lol I'm not quite sure how many changes constitute enough to share a recipe without copyright infringement >>;;; I'll try to let you know when I post it. It's really simple and very yummy.

I'm glad you like little Yuzu! :D I need to get some more pictures of her, it's just hard since the weather is uncooperative and I'm trying to get things drawn for the event and prepare for my trip.

I can try to get one at some point, she and Suzaku are in different storylines though so I don't usually think to take pictures of them together. Suzaku (Kuuta), Lelouch (Shinn), Gino (Yuki), Rolo (Renegamaru), Schneizel (SwD Anne), Kanon (Yuh) and Kaguya (Chinatsu) are all Geass chibis together now and Yuzu (Hinata), is the little sister to Yuki (BF Olive) and their parents are Yuuta (F-35) and Hiroshi (Alain) Most of the yos are 17+ while little Yuzu is actually supposed to be 5 or 6.

The molds do look quite different though!
