I'm ready for Passover to be over and it hasn't even started yet. The cleaning did not go well this year, I think the only year we had more problems was in 2007 (which was coincidentally another time I came back from Japan right before Passover) Only this year my husband is really not into it so much either so neither of us are doing what we should be doing. I'm trying to make my livingroom look presentable and if I have time I want to vacuum. We're not going to talk about the dinning room which needs to be finished for the company tomorrow. *sighs*
It doesn't help that I also don't even know who is coming. My parents are having a major row so I might be the one getting most of the guests. It's not as bad as it could be, because this year, we are so eating rice! I've decided Ashkenazic Jews are insane, there is no leavening in rice, like none. If I serve rice, it suddenly opens up so many more options and makes it so much easier to feed all out guests.
Thanks
