Pointless whining

I love my husband dearly, but I am becoming more and more positive that I am better at yard work than he is, or rather, he has a tendency to stretch himself in so many directions that things don't get done while I just am lazy. lol So while the weather is not completely miserable and I have the energy to do it, I'm working on the yard. Tuesday is compost day, so I decided this evening to move all the dead branches form the backyard (from God knows how long ago) to the front to be composted. I also did more work on the green evergreen bush that likes to grow into my azalea. Every so often I do trim, but not nearly enough. I know the azalea was smaller when we first bought the house, but I would like to get it even larger since I like azaleas. I'm also still trying to keep the 4th hydrangea from dying. This means trying to mulch it and watering it 2x a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. Since starting this new program, yesterday, it does look marginally better. We shall see how it looks next week end. The other 3 actually have tiny new leaves so I think I successfully got them in the ground for now, though one of them so needs a stake since the branches are going all over the place. Tomorrow I hope to get one as well as mapping out what is where. I'm also considering getting a working wheel barrow, but I haven't told my husband yet. I seriously need to see what can be bought used cheaply. I am also rather determined to make it to a gardening store this week, just to see what is out there that I can plant near the hydrangea since it will be a while before they're large enough to take over. I so want to plant bulbs in fall!

In other happy news, I downloaded a ton of bad current pop songs which just makes me so happy. For those who don't know by now, I actually *LIKE* bad music and make no apologies about it. I've decided I like Fall Out Boy, or at least the songs the radio plays by them, with "Thnks fr th mmrs" my hands down favorite. I'm also enjoying "Like a Boy" and I'm s sad no one has made an Utena AMV to it yet. I also really like Pink, or again the songs the radio plays by her.

Face Down starring Ouran Kyouya wants to save Haruhi from abusive boyfriend Tamaki. It's quite well done considering Ouran has a dearth of abused Haruhi footage. I also found a very wrong abused girlfriend Usagi (by Mamoru) amv to this song which just makes me snicker.

"Face Down" is really popular to do to Naruto and often sat abusive boyfriend Sasuke. lol
