Insomnia sucks
Oct. 17th, 2005 03:28 amI only got 4 hours of sleep last night, so I thought for sure I would have no problem falling asleep tonight. No suck luck. I lay in my bed for 2 hours attempting to fall asleep, before I finally just gave up and decided to read LJs. I suspect I am not bicyling tomorrow, though I will do my darndest to at least get a walk in. Maybe some good old fashioned exercise will help.
