Today was interesting... I drove my cousin to college again and she wanted to know about my knowledge of Japanese. (As the radio was being rather unconstructive and wasn't playing music just obnoxious morning show people... *sighs* how I miss you WLIR!!!!) I tried to put it in perspective by comparing it to my knowledge of Hebrew, but I think that only freaked her out. ^o^ I also tried to explain to her about my RPG and she responded that if it's all guys there was no chance for dating/romance and nasty break-ups... I didn't quite know how to tell her that wasn't a problem.

I finally made a breakthrough on the layout for the OshiGaku fanlisting. Yeah!!! Now to make some banners and finish coding it.

I also scanned Genius 213 which can be found at Penal-tea. (Along with 210-212)


Since I was feeling particularly generous I also scanned chapter 35 of Tsubasa.

I'm not sure if she's Kamui or doing a Kakyou impersonation....

sumeragiskank thinks she might be KakyouxKamui or would it be KamuixKakyou's? lovechild. XD Generally their combined angst is cancelled out... but occasionally it becomes too much and we get scenes like above.

Thank you so much for the Tsubasa scans! I'm not too familiar with the series, but I'm a huge fan of Yuzuriha and Kusanagi. :)

Tsubasa is an AU Syaoran/Sakura story with lots and lots of crossover characters. (Is anyone still keeping a running count?) Earlier Sorata, Arashi and Shougo appeared, but I confess I really like Yuzuriha and so I'm very pleased to see her now appearing. ^_^

I believe you can buy tankoubans 1-4, but I've been buying it mostly as weekly installments along with Jump. If chapter 36 is as cute as 35 and not too large I will probably scan it next week. ^o^

That was so cute seeing Kusanagi and Yuzuriha again! Thanks for scanning that! And you're right--Sakura is looking a lot like Kamui, which is not a good thing. Sakura and angst just don't go together well at all! She's all about genki!

I just found a page in tankouban 18 where Kamui has nearly the exact same expression. I'll have to scan it and put them next to each other for comparisons. ^o^
