Geass 08!

Wow, episode 08, sucks that next week is a recap. And also finally the question of whether Lelouch's geass of Suzaku has worn off or not yet is answered!


Like seriously, so they're all leaving for some part of China where they can start their own little country or what? Are they really going to have more freedom there, this makes no sense really. ^^;;

However, this episode has an amazingly awesome amount of Suzaku and he is just wonderful in it! My love for him is so sealed. I loved how in the end he is the one who saved everyone. Yes, Lelouch played him, but he picked to not let revenge be his motivating force and instead to work for peace and forgiveness. I can hope that the rest of R2 has more of Suzaku's happy face. Though umm wow what happens now. o_O; Is Rolo leaving with Lelouch, is Lelouch gone? Is this going to become the "how Suzaku gets freedom" show and what about the Chinese. Or is Lelouch planning to continue on as Lelouch with Rolo as his brother in Ashford. o_O;

I loved the scene between Anya and Suzaku. Suzaku is a masochist! (and so uke) And wow I loved Gino coming over and embracing Suzaku in front of Zero just to make it clear whose uke Suzaku now is. Also I thought it was wonderful that Gino didn't attack, he told Suzaku it was up to him. Technically, they're both equally ranked, but Gino trusted Suzaku to make the right decision and handle things. (also despite being weak, Gino is a fundamentally nice guy)

Welcome back Schniezel, so like are you evil or not? >>; And what are you up to. I love that he uses Suzaku-kun.

Suzaku seeing the candle with Euphemia written on it obviously placed there by Lelouch was a wonderful moment.

Have I said again how awesome Suzaku is? And this just reinforces all my belief that Suzaku is a good and heroic person. He's not going to get any thanks and he's not doing it for that.

Wow, just wow. So where do we go next? And if it involves Gino screwing Suzaku I am all there

The woman showing more cleavage than usual is Cecile. :D It's why Lloyd defended her. :D The woman who was bitching is the new Ms Romalaya who is supposed to be giving Nunnally dvice but is wenchy as should be obvious from 08.

I am sure Lelouch will be back but he sort of can't come back as Zero. At least I hope he doesn't ~.~ I'm sure some of te terrorists will come back too, but it also sort of sucks and is stupid that way. I don't know the problem is if China gives them some land, China can also then decide to take it back when it no longer benefits them.

I think Lelouch is hoping Suzaku and Nunnally can pull things off. It's pretty clear he also has high expectations for Suzaku and the fact he knows Suzaku will pick saving people over renvenge says a lot. It sort of makes the SAR look really stupid as well as Nunnally, by playing this game. On the other hand it also makes Suzaku look braver because he keeps a massacre from happening and maybe it will give him more respect with people. One has to wonder if anyone realized what he did other than Gino, Lloyd, Anya, and maybe Lelouch.

I haven't watched a Macross since it was Robotech XD;;;

Ohhh I have a laptop and tend to adjust the brightness and angle of monitor while I watch. I love my laptop I tend to bring it everywhere with me and it's good cause otherwise with the back injury I would not have been online the last few days.

But yup, it's Cecile. :D I think that is one reason she feels so shy, I had no idea she even owned dresses like that!

Now that I've just watched ep8...

There is really no word to describe how much I love that boy. I'm seriously awed by how he overcame his... I don't know, need to win perhaps? This is the murderer of the woman he loved we're talking about. But he still thinks about Japan and... gah, just awesome *_*

And for some obscure reasons, I love seeing Guilford all bandaged XD

Lelouch stays still in my chart. He doesn't make that much impression, but maybe that's just because the episode is full of Suzaku-goodness XD

And oh God I love the moment when Gino said his name, and Suzaku's reaction to it. Hoshi can convey so much with that just one word...

Actually, it gives you a really good chance to compare Suzaku and Lelouch on more equal terms. :D

Lelouch lost his mother, blames someone close to him for his loss, and wants to make a better world for Nunnally, he has probably sacrificed a million of his countrymen all in the name of vengeance.

I loved how just saying "Suzaku" got Suzaku to calm down and not lose it. And OK I loved Gino glomping Suzaku in front of Zero, if that was not staking his claim and trying to give support to Suzaku at the same time...

And he let Suzaku take control of the situation at the end. They are the same rank and Gino could have ordered people to start shooting, Anya makes a good point when she signs that death warrant and says how they're both KoR. Gino is a KoR too, but unlike at the start of the episode he is deferring to Suzaku now because he knows this is when Suzaku needs it. I admit it, last episode I sort of thought maybe I could like LuluSuzu again, but 08 clinched it for GinoSuzu.

Talking about double entendres XD Gino is fluent in the language too, not only in the language of flowers.

Yesh, ep8 defines more of Gino's character. I really love that he can share power/authority with his uke Suzaku, and actually give him room to grow *_* Ah, Gino, you're making me fall in love more with you.

And yes he lets Suzaku grow and he can share, but he's also still subtly in charge by saying something like "Suzaku, you need to make the decision" He's giving Suzaku a chance to grow but he's also sort of defining things. I don't know I just think he is a way better choice now than anyone else.

And Lelouch, wow, the more I think of it he made Nunally and Suzaku look stupid to their fellow Britannians particularly Suzaku. One can only hope that at least all the 11s still in Japan see that Suzaku is the one who kept this from ending in violence and bloodshed and that he is honest and trustworthy.

Also that whole, you're my archrival thing, WTH, I thought last episode Lelouch wanted to make a way for Suzaku to come back and shoot fireworks with everyone.

And I just realized, Suzaku was out like a light when Euphie started killing people which is why he was saved. o_O; So how could he remember that whole fiasco?

I wholeheartedly agree. Gino is currently the best candidate for Suzaku's husband (please kill me, that fic still haunts me..) It really, really makes me hope that he won't die, but maybe this is their intention from the beginning. Making Suzaku and us love him to death before pulling the trigger...

Oh well, we all know how Lelouch is. His mood changes faster than a PMS-ing teenage girl.

I think the staff just forgot. >>;;; If they didn't give us Gino and his glomping of Suzaku I would be so much more annoyed about that lol It's not tapes cause he sees it from behind and who video tapes, Euphie from behind other than crazy stalker Nina but she doesn't count XD;;

I keep hoping since he is the narrator in Sneaker it means he might live. A part of me feel like if the ratings suck and Geass ends say here, at least I can have GinoSuzu go off and live happily ever after. lol Gino is just so amazing, I am still in awe of him and Suzaku from 08.

I should be on tomorrow morning. I tend to wake up early and I don't think I am going to the gym just yet. >>; I need to go to the PO but I would rather take it easy in the morning.

I really like RoloLulu it's so messed up. And really Suzaku deserves someone sweet and dorky while Lelouch deserves someone sociopathic and stalkery a little brother XD;
