Jan. 7th, 2008 03:31 pmFirst, Happy Birthday to
spiderlace/
blacktempest, hope it's as balmy for you as it is here.
I went to the Genius Bar this afternoon and got the happy news that if I plugged my ipod into my Itunes it would not automatically sync, thus erasing all my music and media. However, Mac refuses to endorse or share any information on getting things from your iPod back onto your Mac. ~.~ I'm really not sure why
kosquarepelli thinks they're the greatest thing since sliced bread sometimes.
kosquarepelli also gave me her cold, which is more unpleasant than I had thought and I can't wait until I stop coughing, or coughing as much. The Dayquil only helps so much and the Nyquil completely knocks me out.
Sunday I was awoken 1 1/2 hours early my mother who was confused about when I needed to leave to get my sister at the airport. Today, I ran late to get my sister's girlfriend. lol Sometimes you just can't win.

Date: 2008-01-07 09:24 pm (UTC)In theory, I think the transfer of songs from iTunes to iPod is supposed to only work in one direction. However...I can't remember which version of iTunes or the iPod software I had at the time, as I've upgraded both since then (much to my regret), but I could actually move from the iPod back to iTunes. So it can be done, you just may have to experiment with different versions of the software.
