More doll and poll fun

So for those who don't know, while I liked the look of my Demian and loved his paint job, I was never quite happy with the match to Volks and the fact that I could never bring him to a Volks event. I got lucky and found a School C for a good price and then got luckier and had Armeleia paint him! <3

I'm now though trying to decide on which eyes I like best. I'm not going to say which eyes are which to cut down on biases.

Basically the grey eyes on School C are all nice. It's iris size range and I think it depends on his age.
I think it also depends on how he looks with other dolls.

A. small iris (mature)

B. large iris (young)

C. medium iris (in between) safe bet.

Syuusuke

A picture is hard to tell with bangs... but I picked A because it looked like gap with picture B.
A looks younger...B looks more mature.

Your eye sight is very good, it's not that it's a gap so much as B (and C) have very high domes. :D

Both As are Hitomiya, the top paid 17mm and the bottom 16. B are 18mm zouks and the last two choices are Silver.

I plan to start the story with Yuuta at 17 and Syuusuke at 18. They're brothers.

Yuuta's was done by Armeleia and Syuusuke has the Igon default. I mostly like it but his eyebrows need to be thinned.

The heads themselves, the face-ups or the eyes?

Igon (Syuusuke) is currently out of stock but I think in Early January will be in stock at Gomidoll.com You'll need to get him a body elsewhere. Mine has the default face-up. I bought my head in the marketplace at DoA. He still needs a body.

School C (Yuuta) is a Volks School C. They're pricier than Igons and can be bought off Y!J or occasionally show up on DoA. There is a lovely School C girl on eBay right now. Again, a body must be gotten separately with a C. Yuuta's face-up is done by the extremely talented Armeleia who I commissioned.

The Zouks (Yuuta's B) came with a FCS order. All the the other eyes were brought in Japan and at events. :D

I didn't like either one of Yuuta's wigs, but B's color was a bit better. I did like Syuusuke's wig, though.

Part of it is I am going for specific characters, or at least my take on specific characters.

that's an official picture of Yuuta. I'm going for that look except with slightly longer hair cause finding wigs that short is a pain.

So part of it is, Yuuta needs a shorter wig. I'm thinking of trimming wig A a little once the place I bought it re-opens in case I ruin it. ^_^;;
