Kitsune and Inari

After seeing all of kellyhime's recent dolly pictures I decided to share a few pictures of my twins. I think I'm also going to start to share profiles as well, though it will be the abridged profiles until I can figure out what I want to do in terms of sharing.

A few caveats: I'm not overly creative, I like to begin with the base of someone's work and then alter the personality to fit how I see them and then progress things forwards. I also love crossovers. Before it descended into wangst, Tsubasa was my sort of series because it showed how much Clamp loved crossing things over as well.

Characterization: Kitsune and Inari are mischievous and clever girls currently attending Clamp Gakuen along with their cousins Yukihiro and Yuzuriha. Both also model part time for their Uncle Syuusuke and are being groomed to take over the family business by their mother, Yumiko. Extremely pretty and unfortunately well aware of this fact, both enjoy manipulating other people and particularly enjoy teasing Yukihiro. They're devoted to each other and their family.

I feel really lucky to have gotten those uniforms. They're made by a Korean designer who does lovely work, but takes forever. Both outfits were sold out but I bought one on DoA and the other later on eBay.

I always try to put the twins in matching/semi complimentary outfits.

I'm always searching for the right clothes for them. It's hard because they're models. At some point, I have to try and sew some of the things "Uncle" Syuusuke comes up with XD;;;

I might try to get some pictures for another profile later today.

Ahh, yeah, that does make it a bit difficult. I've never tried sewing doll clothes - do they make basic patterns, like for real people clothes? Or do you just have to make it up?
