1. Can you cook?

I don't cook all that much thanks to employment, but what I do make, I make pretty well. I tend to bake more than make real food.

2. What was your dream growing up?

To be non-existent. It wasn't until I made it past the age of twenty without hurling myself off a cliff that I started dreaming about the future.

3. What talent do you wish you had?

I'd love to be able to play the guitar but my fingers are too short to get round the neck comfortably, and I don't really have the patience to practise.

4. Favorite place?

I don't have one favourite place, as such, but I really love walking in Kirstenbosch in South Africa. Beautiful scenery, tasty water fountains and the scones from the shop at the base of the mountain are to die for.

5. Favorite vegetable?

Either carrots or sweet potatoes.

6. What was the last book you read?

'Moonshine' by Rob Thurman.

7. What zodiac sign are you?

Scorpio!

8. Any Tattoos and/or Piercings?

I have one hole in each ear. As I am unfortunately allergic to most of my earrings, I've never bothered having a second set done.

9. Worst Habit?

Committing myself to things without thinking them through properly, then regretting them afterwards.

Yes, though being across the Atlantic from each other means we've never met.

11. Places you've traveled to

I'll stick with countries/states, shall I?
Before I was eight: Spain, Italy, Greece, South Africa.
After I turned eight: South Africa, Florida, Japan, Wales

12. Negative or Optimistic attitude?

Depends on my mood.

13. What would you do if you were stuck in an elevator with me?

No doubt we would talk about all sorts of wrong things and freak out anyone who was unfortunate enough to be trapped in the elevator with us.

I can never settle on one favourite. Current favourite song is 'Said and Done' by the Levellers.

15. Tell me one weird fact about you:

While I can't do foreign accents to save my life, if I spend an hour or so in the company of someone with an accent different to my own, I pick up their accent for a good few hours afterwards, much to the amusement of my family.

16. Do you have any pets?

Sadly, none right now. If I did, they'd be dogs.

17. Do you know how to do the macarena?

No, although I suppose that might be one way to pass the time in an elevator.

18. What time is it where you are now?

Right now it is 5:32 in the evening.

Scary as hell. I have Tim Curry to blame for this.

20. If you could change one thing about how you look, what would it be?

I'd drop down a few bra sizes, preferably enough to make myself flatchested.

Your crime partner, obviously. I'm not ethical enough to be anyone's conscience.

I've been slightly tipsy once.

Wait till the exchange rate was suitable and get the whole sum changed to pounds.

I have two younger brothers, who resemble each other so closely in looks that they might as well be twins. One's relatively normal, but the other can best be described as "zany".

I tend not to believe in anything that cannot be proven in some way.

Write! Which is what I would be doing now, but I took a break for some food.

30. Do you swear a lot?

Does "hell" count? I use that a fair amount, with the occasional variation on "damn" thrown in for good measure. Nothing stronger, however.

People who are proud of their ignorance and brag about how many things they don't know.
