Would any of my flist who can read Japanese please be kind enough to translate this webpage for me? It seems like something is gong on 3/18 at I think Tokyo FM Hall, but umm what? Could someone please let me know cause I suspect I will be in Japan then, and if they're saying it's your chance to meet Clamp.... ^^;;

I'm amused, I keep imagining Lelouch playing chess with his new Clamp Chess set. XD;

March 18 2006 Tokyo FM Hall:
CLAMP in 3-D LAND DEBUT!

Sounds like you have to buy the CLAMP IN 3-D LAND Series 1 and clip out something on the top of the package. You send it in with your name and address for a chance to win a ticket to go to the March 18th event. (Entry forms must be received by January 9 2007).

The event will feature CLAMP IN WONDERLAND 2.

Will Clamp actually be there? Or just merchandise? I wish everything wasn't 3/18 since it's the same day as Comic City already and I am just waiting to find out it is Kyoto Dolpa also. ~.~

BTW what are your plans for New Years?

Looks like CLAMP are scheduled to be there, along with an as-yet-undecided "Guest". It kind of sounds like they're just going to be airing CLAMP IN WONDERLAND 2. There are two airings (2 PM to 3 PM, then 5:30 to 6:30 PM) with 500 people invited total (so 250 people per airing, I guess).

I can't tell if they're going to have any merchandise at all.

New Year's plans... not sure yet! Daniel's job is taking us into New York on the 18/19th, and Daniel's parents have booked us for the weekend of the 23rd for Hannukah/my birthday. I don't know if they're going to want us to visit them for New Year's as well. Our Transformers-related friends have also been talking about a big New Year's thing (usually there's one in Ohio, and sometimes one in the NJ area) but it's not clear what will happen. My world is filled with vagueness. :(

Hmmm is it worth it to try to get the merchandise to apply, or do I have absolutely no chance... hmmmmm I would love to see those evil women in real life. ^^;;;

And now I get it, Clamp in Wonderland 2 the infamous new animated short! *______*

Well, if you'd like to get together around the 18/19 PLMK. ^_^ I know we have two somethings with the synagogue, and I'm getting together with my best friend Jenn sometime post-Christmas and on Monday going to visit Kim for a few days!

Would you travel out to Ohio, or just if it is in NJ? I need to be sure to get out your present. I actually bought you something in advance, I've just been terrible about mailing things lately.

Thank you for all the translation, I truly appreciate it. Though it's not for 3 months, I'm starting to think more on my March trip. ^^;;

Apparently our travel plans have changed, and now we're taking a train into NYC on the night of the 17th. I should be free on the 18th, although (to warn you) I have a terrible time navigating the subway and bus system of NYC. :p (I was once an hour late to a job interview because I got off on the wrong stop >_<)

We're apparently staying at the Hampton Inn in Times Square, so hopefully it won't be too hard to find the nearest subway station. :p Where would you want to meet up or hang out?

Regarding the New Year's thing... Some of our NY area friends have driven out to the Ohio party. I think we're still undecided.

I am feeling a little happy and a little guilty because Daniel managed to communicate to the in-laws that I want to stay at home on my birthday instead of driving out to spend a weekend at their place. The downside is that we will be missing Hannukah with them... I am hoping that MIL will not be too upset about that.
