So after going back and forth with the sellers for more than a week, being patient when they wanted all week end to think about our last offer, THEY DECIDED TO TAKE THEIR FUCKING HOUSE OFF THE MARKET Just to make things clear, THEY LISTED THEIR HOUSE FOR SALE FUCKING OCTOBER 2011, SO FOR SOME FUCKING REASON THEY DIDN'T RECONSIDER SELLING THEIR DAMN HOUSE UNTIL WE ARE FUCKING NEGOTIATING FOR IT. I'm so pissed off and angry and now I need to find a house because I am sick of my townhome. I want a garden, that is why we came up here and I am not allowed to grow anything up here. I can't have a fucking sukkah because the people are assholes, and I just want a fucking house already. UGH!

Oh, man. That happened to us once when we were trying to buy a house in Des Moines--they strung us along for two weeks before deciding they didn't want to sell. That is such complete bullshit!

*hugs* Hang in there. There's a better house waiting for you!

Oh no... I'm so sorry. :( What an awful thing for them to do. I hope you find an even better house for a better price, with non-asshole sellers. You deserve so much better than this.

It's really annoying because when we were selling our house we had buyers who had an inspection and right before contracts were signed bailed on us to move to Buffalo. I am like, WTH this is not like flaking on a DoA transaction, houses cost so much money!

I'm just feeling down because every single one of the halfway decent houses that I saw (around 15) now have an accepted bid in on them, which means now I get to wait to see if anything falls through or wait for something new to come on. It's really really frustrating because I want to be out by Spring to plant. At least as long as I live here I don't have to shovel snow and we have awesome electric. ~.~

It's just so so so so so so frustrating. Everything even half way decent has a bid on it now so I have to wait for completely new things to come on. And in the mean time no growing anything and no sukkah.

*grrr* That's awful! They leave it this long to reconsider? Seriously. I hope you're able to find something better. *hugs*
