We've had 7 showings already, 7. And I think we are getting more today since I am on notice until 2 I think and then have another person 3:30 and now someone on Sunday and someone else on Monday.

It's a bit overwhelming since I just want to hop in the shower and I'm trying to figure out when that can happen. lol Cookie and Basil are quite put out.

Now to work on my Japan trip!

*hugs* now we're up to couple #8!

I'm really hoping we get a lot of good offers. One couple seemed very uninterested a few other couples seem very interested. It'll be interesting to see what happens.

I wish there was a better way to sell how amazing our insulation is.

No relaxation, but I did get to grab a shower. We had 9 people look today (1 yesterday) and I think we're getting at least 1 more new person plus a repeat from an earlier one. We have 2 more people definitely on for tomorrow and 1 more for Monday as of right now.

It felt so good to shower and to get a slower period, 9:30-2 was very intense.

Good luck! I think selling my house was the most disheartening, frustrating thing I've ever done. I would've killed to get people in the door. Of course, my place wasn't anywhere near as nice as yours seems to be, so hopefully your path to success will be short and sweet.

We're actually on our 13th showing now, and have 2 more showings or so still coming up today.

So far, the worst part has been cleaning the house, and I suspect the actually packing and moving and finding somewhere new will suck.

We actually already have 1 offer, lol I'm waiting to see if we can get more and maybe get a bidding war XD;
