Jet lagging the day away

So I managed to not fall asleep last night because I napped too long in the afternoon which really sort of sucks. I'd really like to sleep like a normal person but it's not happening. I'd also really like hot water so I can take a long shower but ConEd switched our gas main and now my hot water heater won't work. ~.~ They're supposed to be coming but who knows when.

For those who have not guessed, I'm way behind on LJ and will be going back through your posts since of course I didn't check LJ at all while in Japan though the last two days I've been trying to keep up.

I hope to have some pictures to share soon. I took 1100 pictures 90% of which feature something floral lol One of my dreams was to be in Japan to really see sakura and this trip thanks to a rail pass I got my wish. I also got to see the start in a few other locales more so than ever before. I also got to spend time naked in hot water, rent a bicycle, and visit 3 of the 4 main islands.

Yeah, I'm really excited for the next trip, though a bit bummed that airfares have dropped by $100 since I bought mine lol So it goes. I'm even more peeved that I can't upgrade the NY to LA flight. *sighs*

But yeah, I'm starting my bookings and starting to think about places to stay and such. So far I've only booked my hotels for the last few nights.

I'm glad you got the postcard and hopefully the $ stays about where it is now!
