Pruning and shearing..

I've been really behind on LJ. I like being able to read all the posts on my flist except some of the community ones so this is a problem for me. So... I've just done a major pruning and removed a bunch of people who post on a very regular basis and don't respond to my LJ posts. Please don't take this the wrong way, you're all interesting people in your own right, but if you're not interested in anything I am saying enough to respond I really just don't have the time to read your journals either. This is not a BNF-sort of fit.. I just like knowing the people I am friended to actually read what I say. ^^;; I hope you understand. If you'd like me to refriend you all you need to do is post to my LJ and let me know. If you're friended to me and I'm not friended to you, please let me know if you want me to friend you back and uhh why you friended me. ^^ I admit now, I'm not that interesting. I obsess about Japan, Geass, GinoSuza, dolls occasionally, doujinshi, gardening, and Japan, or did I say that already?

I will probably be pruning again just because I am going to UT where my internet is going to suck and to Japan not long after.

In other news, I'm a bit disheartened that no one on my flist seemed to be paying attention to the potential disaster facing Galveston and Houston, Texas. Perhaps because I lived in Houston for 1 miserable year. I couldn't stop reading the articles written and am thankful the worst case scenarios were averted despite the fact I think when someone is given a mandatory evacuation order they should EVACUATE. I have been keeping up with the hurricane stuff a little, since I'm down in this direction too. I was glad it missed me, but I can't really be glad it hit other people. :x I am hoping the storms will GO AWAY as soon as possible.

I too have been reading up bout the hurricane, I've never experience such kind of natural disaster before, since on my side of the world(Malaysia) we don't have such natural disasters. I've read a lot bout it though.

Well generally, if you're not posting either I am unlikely to cut someone. In this case it was all people who tend to post every day and don't really respond here. (there are a few other border line people who might get cut when I am in Japan.) I understand I am sort of boring and don't really expect that I am such a scintillating writer, but I guess i want a flist I can actually managed and people who aren't reading my journal I don't have the time to try to read theirs either. ^^;;

I so hope you enjoyed your trip to Scotland! Seeee I have been watching!

I think the season for me at least is only just really getting underway since the ones that travel up the East coast tend to come until November and I know FL can get hit later in the season too.

I almost feel like I should have gone to Galveston when I lived in TX since I refuse to go back since I didn't really like it XD;;

I am now trying to get it subbed. 24 is going to be soooooooo stressful. I hate that my download is going to suck and it will take hours ;;_;;

We get hurricanes up here too, but since the water is colder they're not usually as damaging and I personally live close to 400 feet above sea level and about 8-10 miles inland. (further if you're talking the ocean, the nearest body of water is the sound which is not the same as the ocean.) I was just sort of surprised that no one seemed to have mentioned the hurricane heading towards TX which people thought might have a 20+ foot storm surge! o_O;;;

Gah, that's true, the northeast does get some of the pretty heavy rains even after the storms down here stop. I'm hoping the season will end quickly for both of us!

I tend to root for Suzaku by default since I feel awful for him and he's my favorite. >>;; It's odd some of the more recent episodes I've liked Lelouch more because he has made sense and has not been as made of fail/arrogance, but the power hungry thing is a little off putting, I don't mind it as much in Schneizel since I've been expecting him to be evil since R1 and it is gratifying to finally get to see it! :D So we at long last find out, Schneizel is really Raito and Lelouch is L XD;;;

Suzaku's new outfit is just SO SLUTTY... I love how well it defines his ass. and the mesh... and the thigh high boots. It's like Sunrise realized it has been short on the Suzaku fan-service recently. XD;;;

This is true too. On one hand it makes me sad particularly since I prefer GinoSuza and on the other I am glad they're talking again. I think overall it is better for Suzaku's sanity/peace of mind if he and Lelouch are not plotting against one another. Particularly since both are made of fail when they do so and it tends to lead to big nasty messes.

GAH SUZAKU IS MY FAVORITE CHARACTER. Even if he has slowly gone insane since Euphie died... I mean, come on. That laugh in the FLEIJA crater? Yeah. He's gone off the deep end and he ain't coming back for awhile. XD I was always kind of torn between Suzaku and Lelouch, though.... I DESPISE Britannia, so I was rooting for Lulu, but... Suzaku was just so wonderfully adorable and determined. It made me go: YOU CAN DO IT, SPINZAKU.

Side note: You have no idea how many times I got asked to spin kick when I was cosplaying Suzaku. XD IT WAS NOT FUN.

Anywho, I was always kind of suspicious of Schneizel. >>' He seemed too good to be real. AND APPARENTLY, I WAS RIGHT. Bastard. And now he's working with Nunnally. Poor Lulu. XD

YEAH!!! Another Suzaku lover! ♥ ♥ Hmmm I didn't feel like he was all that insane pre-Fleija/crater episode with the hysterical laugh. Wracked by guilt, yes, in need of some hot sex from Gino, yes. Maybe a little therapy and someone to talk to.. yeah.. but not really insane. I was so proud of him before Kanon almost took off his hand when he told Lelouch to make the lies the truth since it seemed like he had moved past things sort of because he realized for himself he sort of had to. Since it's been obvious since at least 12 that Suzaku wanted to like and be friends with Lelouch again But then suddenly Fleija and Suzaku seemed insane with the laugh and in 20 with his kill the emperor plan. But then he gets pulled from the pit of despair by "Marianne" or rather the rocks and he's seemed more or less sane since then. Not as sane as in R1 but back from the insanity of 19+20. To me he doesn't seem so off the deep end anymore, though who knows Geass could go prove me wrong. >>;; And hmmm I realized what I said sounded wrong.. I've been lately liking Lelouch more than when R2 started. >>;; I found Lelouch completely tedious for the first 2/3 of R2 and just wanted to smack him or pound his face into gravel. thank you Suzaku! ♥ Suzaku is always my favorite character though, with #2 prob Gino and #3 Kaguya >>;; I like Britannia, they have more personality than the Black Knights >>;; It's sort of funny that considering they're the bad guys most of the Britannians have personality while the Knights do not lol Suzaku is always so adorable and determined and I think deep down he is still idealistic. I think he designed it because he has a feitsh for Suzaku >D He wants to see that perfect ass and Suzaku's very sexy body on display for him. that and he is still feeling jealous from when Gino kept touching Suzaku @Ashford and in episode 08 It's the real reason he wanted Suzaku as a chess prize which was seriously a highlight of R2 for me

I don't exactly like the Black Knights, either, now that I think about it. I never liked Toudou or Ougi or Tamaki or... any of them, really. Except maybe Kallen, because she's always been pretty badass. But she beat Suzaku's face in, which kind of made me go: "NO, NOT HIS BEAUTIFUL FACE!" *cough* And Suzaku was so much COLDER in R2. He never smiles and it kind of made me sad because he always had such an adorable smile. XD And then Gino comes waltzing in all... amazingly HAPPY and I'm like: "HEY. HE'S THE NEW SUZAKU." Only not, because he wants to get with Suzaku, mwahaha.... XP Except in Episode 21 when Gino's all... confused and "WHAT AM I FIGHTING FOR?" Poor boy. And that is so amazingly cool that you named your scooter Spinzaku! <3

Hmmm I actually like Ohgi and Tamaki makes me laugh and I love Kaguya because she is evil and cute and bossy. Todou has no personality and his sole purpose is to molest shota!Suzaku or it should be. Asahina and Nagisa's sole purpose is to be hot for Todou, Minami looks like anime!Yagyuu from Tenipuri, Sugiyama tricked Lelouch out of Pizza money, the bridge bunnies are bridge bunnies and I think that is the personalities of all the purely Japanese characters in Geass other than Suzaku. (Kallen is half Britannian and oh wait there is Sayoko, Orenji's new tru luv!) It just seems like the majority of character on that side lack personality while the Britannians are full of interesting characters, like say Cornelia.

Suzaku smiles occasionally in R2, but not as much as in R1. He does do his adorable o_O face a lot though. I tend to screen cap it. lol Gino totally wants to get with Suzaku and he is different.. I mean Suzaku was always eaten by guilt like a good Clamp character.

Ohhhh I did the Cat School Festival costume, it was very fuzzy and soft

I personally like the KoR one more... but that is because it reminds me a of tuxedo. Lelouch is a huge huge perv and if anyone had any doubts Suzaku's new outfit should dispel them.

I know other than just walking around and carrying Arthur. Well and Kallen is whored out differently too, for one thing you feel like she tends to whore herself out more while Suzaku has it done for him. XD;;; I mean she is the one who seemed to forget her pants when she went to talk to Lelouch in 07. But yes, I adore seeing Suzaku whored out it's the only thing that makes up for where the story seems to be going >>;
