before my adventures at the DMV...
Aug. 28th, 2008 01:05 pmSo before I get dressed and head over to the DMV.. I thought everyone might enjoy a few pictures of my yard so you could see what my neighbors were complaining about. lol
I'm also prob going to be doing a LJ flist cut before I go out to Utah.

The front yard beds, I want to get more things planted but not sure what yet. I am thinking of putting in berries on the side.

I need to get rid of the sand and dirt here and plant something before we get all weeds. I am thinking something innocuous live clover.

These are my two amazing hydrangea who survived the insulation project. (the other 2 are gone) The one in the back was bare ground after the house got worked on and the one in front was a single stick. Neither flowered this year but I have high hopes for next year! :D

Lots of basil! The largest plant in the back I bought as a 3-4 inch plant from Whole Foods. The others in the front I bought with
twotone . The cilantro is from a combo of that trip and a visit to a nursery near me and was tiny! Everything else is from seed! It's mostly arugula and radishes. I have tow tiny corns just cause I was curious if they would come up and I might have some spinach.

Peas! I love peas because they grow so easily and taste so good. The large green plants behind them I think are green beans and the tiny little plant nearly hidden might someday become a cauliflower! :D
