rkoldSo I am behind on cleaning and reading LJ as I've been off-line celebrating my Mom's birthday. My sister flew in from CA and so did her girlfriend, we all cooked up a storm and my sister made the most amazing tempeh but I'm still not completely sure I like eating edible flowers. >>;
I was bad and watched the new episode of Geass, it was much better than episode 01 but truly felt like a bad re-hash of episode 02 of R01 sometimes.

Am I the only one who felt like this was a re-hash of sorts of episode 02? Lelouch kills a bunch of soldiers, another soldier shows up, he pretends "Oh I am just a poor little student!" and then geass' them and steals theirgundam knightmare. Only too bad since this one was not in the OP he prob died lol Lelouch then starts to win with his terrorists until a new super special awesome Gundam shows up that kicks his pansy ass, and Lelouch has to make a hasty retreat?

The only difference is unlike super uke "I don't step on ants" Suzaku, who stops pursuit to catch a falling baby our new pilot isthe LuluSuzu lovechild from the future Rollo the evil bastard, tm.
I admit, I'm also having a very hard time suspending my disbelief in regards to Suzaku now NOT BEING CRAZY ENOUGH TO KILL LELOUCH Yes, he is already torn up with guilt from the father thing, but you know at the end of 25 he seemed completely batshit crazy and not really competent enough to suddenly go all seme and crafty and drag Lelouch away for justice. I wonder what it says that he aimed for Lelouch's hand and Lelouch for his ear? (or does his aim just suck lol) And umm how did Suzaku get Lelouch to the Emperor AND get an audience with his super speshul prize w/out anyone the wiser? And Suzaku really managed to maintain that burning hatred for so long, wow just damn. Nice to also not follow through with Euphie's last request of you, ass. Also so much for changing things from the inside it seems like Suzaku's done nothing for 1 year but poutand get screwed by Gino Seriously, if Suzaku was not being so gay with Gino I would want to slap some common sense into him. Gino on the other hand is just awesome. He sounds like Hoshi but thankfully not like Kira and I love how he gets up from his chair to go and molest Suzaku while he talks to him. Oh Gino, you wonderful manly man. I am hoping some circles realize the beauty of GinoSuzu because wow, someone needs to other than me. Not that I don't like LuluSuzu or SchniSuzu now, but going by R2, GinoSuzu is currently winning in the love. The fact Gino even molests Suzaku in the OP does not help.
I'm partially wondering if Suzaku has his R2 pout on because he hates himself more now for 1) not killing Lelouch and 2) turning in his best friend. Oh Suzaku, you so want to be a huge ball of guilt. I suspect his unseen mother was Jewish XD;;;

Rollo, I thought I hated you, until I found out you were the pilot. I am impressed with your Gundaming skillz and I want to see you do awful things to Lelouch. Or Midorikawa's character. Either would amuse me to no end. I was wondering if Rollo had some sort of power since everyone just seemed to accept he was Lelouch's younger brother. I also loved Lelouch suddenly waking up and being wait, I don't have a little brother! I want to know more about how Rollo stole his Gundam to chase after Lelouch.
Speaking of Lelouch, I like you more as crazy drama queen and cackling madly. Keep your self confidence high and stalk your friends.
Guilford is so awesome. I don't know why he wasn't put in charge of Area 11 in the first place. I bet he is even smart enough to figure out the whole Geass thing, but can he manage to live through R2.

So umm has Nannally just been hanging out with V.V. for the last year? No matter how speshul Suzaku's cracker jack prize was, it seems very WTF he would just leave her on the island. Or is this when we find out Nannally is really in her Nightmare and this is why she can't find Lulu in that spin off?

(No, I'm not kidding lol) Suzaku actually fully opens his eyes at Zero being back. I guess he didn't realize you could break the Emperor's Geass? I want to say that Suzaku is looking for a father figure in the Emperor, but we all know about Clamp and their love of age gaps incest issues *cough*Sei-chan*cough*
But again, I'd have to say as R2 progresses I'm loving my GinoSuzu XD;
I'm so loving Suzaku and feel so bad for him. The more I think about how even at the end Lelouch was trying to manipulate him and stab him just makes my skin crawl. I think I seriously need to sit down and write something since I've been really thinking about Suzaku's perspective in all this. Lelouch hasn't just screwed him over as a friend and murdered Suzaku's friend, he just ruined Suzaku's dearest dream in the world of a free Japan. That has so got to hurt and explains why he is still so bitter and upset 1 year later.
