I finally finished The Discontinuity of Small Things which is awesome, as I didn't want to bring a hard cover book on the plane. It's also good cause the book sort of umm sucked. It's incredibly dry and it takes forever for the disparate sections to finally weave together. I admit now, I don't mind open endings in theory, but sometimes they just don't really work. like what happened with Henrik. I also found most of the main characters needed to be shaken. Ah well, I listed it on paperback swap. Hopefully, someone will take it off my hands. I want to bring at least two paperbacks to Japan so that I have something to read as well as my ipod.

So, since Japan is close, a list of things to do!
1. Clean out the fridge
2. Change money to traveler's checks
3. Pack clothing/stuff for Japan
4. Pay huge ticket. ~.~
5. Get out two sales, a small gift for [livejournal.com profile] jougetsu, and hard drive already.
6. Make sure I have mailing addresses
7. Back up hard drive
8. Compile information for FCS orders
9. Clean
10. Make sure there is food for husband!

I need to bring some dolls with me cause Euphie's body needs a new ankle joint, except Euphie's face is currently blank and I'm not sure I can get something done before Thursday. We shall see....

Hopefully your paperbacks will survive better this time! There is always cleaning in your to-do lists somewhere, isn't there? See, this is why I get the impression you are always cleaning! Hope you get everything done in time - especially no. 10! ^_^

Ah but see the reason it I don't normally clean and let things get rather bad. There is nothing worse than coming back from a trip to an utter pigsty. I'm not planning on doing the whole house but I want the downstairs to look presentable.

While I was doing a back up I actually made huge progress on the livingroom and I worked on the entry yesterday. I want to finish going through my copics and then I will finish the livingroom and move to the dinningroom, the kitchen will probably wait until tomorrow as it is raining hard and there is no way I am going out to the compost pile lol

Well, this time I plan to do everything carry-on going to Japan which ought to help! :D
