Kyoto and Umeda

rkoldAfter visiting Miyajima, I decided the next day I might want to see a doctor about my hand. It wasn't so swollen, but it did hurt an awful lot. (It's still a little painful but doing much better, though still not perfect.) This involved calling up a Japanese service that recommend clinics and then trying to find the clinic. The directions were a challenge (walk in the direction of the setting sun, how can you find west in downtown Osaka?!?!) but we managed and got to the clinic. I was rather nervous as they didn't take credit cards and my US insurance wasn't valid in Japan and I'd not bought trip insurance as it is rather expensive. After about 10 or so minutes we were called in to meet a very nice doctor. His English was limited, so was our Japanese but we managed to make the problem clear and after checking the price I was given 3 X-rays. Nothing was broken, my hand was securely wrapped and I paid by bill of 4700 yen after my discount for being a pathetic and sad foreigner.
The next day we returned to our regular touring scheduling, first going to Tenshi no Sato which took waaaaaay too long (sorry no pictures) and then went to TenRyu-ji. And yes all X fans, that means exactly what you think. XD;

Really pretty flower, anyone know what type it is?
The passageway there is supposed to make you think of a dragon

I think the reflecting pond is famous
I thought this little bridge passageway was cool.
The next day we went shopping and then went to Umeda to see![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
yanchamonkey and the International Beerfest. I'm not a huge drinker, but I had always wanted to see the Umeda Sky Building even if you would have to pay me a lot of money to go to the top.
Warning other than the people pictures the other pictures are not as compressed so that you too can read the story we discovered while walking to the Umeda Sky Building. It's possible I have some pieces mixed up, if you think you know better please help me!

OK this is really wrong Pay attention to the yellow subs since they are just done for this video and they killed me lol I should mention now I do not ship this pairing but this still kills me.
This is in a similar vein to above it just kills me, though the psycho wench is a horrible girlfriend and Kira did need a new one.
Forbecroberts The ultimate Yami no Matsuei AMV This is the one I was trying to find before to the Internet is for Porn It's amazing how well the dubbing and scenes work. NWS
And finally some KH
Badass Sora really well done and as [Bad username or site: sumeragiskank said @ livejournal.com] they managed to make Demyx look evil.
Riku/Sora slash This video is amazingly well done and they use wonderful scenes for the song and it really works for both KH. Though I admit whenever I hear this song I think more the twins in Digimon Frontiers. lol Though they're wrong about the artist at the end it's by Staind I believe.
