Happy Belated Birthday to [livejournal.com profile] gokumew2!!

I should be working on house stuff, but it is so hard when the construction people are outside being noisy and my house is a crisp 57 degrees. I was able to get it up to 58 (and possibly a little warmer near it) with the space heater earlier, but it just does not encourage one to want to do more than cuddle beneath the covers.

I really want to work on the garden and get some more things planted but with random bits of house crashing down every so often, I'm not so sure I want to be in the front yard right now. I might put it off until the week end simply for safety. I got way too much garlic and I plan to start on a winter garden in one of the boxes. At the moment, it will mostly consist of arugula (please grow this time!) cauliflower, spinach, carrots and maybe some radish. All of which seem to grow well in colder temperatures and with the cold frame should really do well. Fortunately, as Fall and Winter comes, that one plot gets lovely sunshine! I have a ton of arugula seedlings, I am just waiting for them to do more and show me they want to grow. I am considering getting more fertilizer to help them along. Tomorrow, I am hoping to get up early to go to Costco (to buy yeast) and go to the Larchmont Farmer's Market. I'm supposed to be looking into how one makes sourdough bread with [livejournal.com profile] yanchamonkey, but making some yeasted things first will be nice since it is way easier. lol

OOOH! A winter garden! I'll be very interested to watch that progress. I've always wanted one of those. Good luck!

Sounds very dangerous! Maybe you should've stayed in Utah? (Just kidding. I would not inflict that particular fate on you.)

Anyway, here are the two KAT-TUN songs you expressed an interest in.

GOLD (this is the one with the really strange English parts - how they manage to squeeze all those words in, I have no idea.)

Harukana Yakusoku (Sounds a lot better with 6 guys singing it than it does with just me!)

You're so welcome, sorry I am late, between lots of travel and house work everything is off. ;;_;;

I love nearly anything from the 80's lol

Yeah, Kennis built me a cold frame last year so we should be able to grow things through out the winter. I started on some of the veggies already but others need to be planted. We're also joining a community supported agriculture group. ^_^

Heheheh I am dying to see how good I was at the English rap considering I never heard the song and was just going by previous Japanese-style raps XD;;;

It's not so bad the pieces are generally not seriously dangerous, but enough that I don't want to be outside for it.

And no, so happy to be out of UT! Ill up the song for you next week.
