yanchamonkey finally got my suitcase and it was completely destroyed by United. It's covered in chocolate inside and it's not a pretty sight. yanchamonkey said it reeked of smoke and just was not in good shape at all. Many of the things in it are just ruined. I'm hoping at least something is salvageable. I am definitely planning on writing a very nasty letter about this!
