Protest

It's a small thing, but to me important. Whether you think Ponderosa and Elaboration broke the ToS is not the issue really. For me, I am upset by the fact LJ was not clear on their ToS when asked to clarify it, banned both Ponderosa and Elaboration without first warning them or giving them a chance to remove the "offensive" issues, has made fun of customers who are unimpressed with their reactions to this, and despite protests and pleas has really done nothing for its customers, because in the end, we are customers. Many of us have paid for our accounts and even paid for additional icon space and while we may not be a majority, we're still not such a minority of paying customers we should be treated in this manner. We deserve respect and we deserve to have a clear ToS.
