Harry Potter and the Spoilers of Book 7

sumeragiskank found a copy of what is supposed to be HP:07 on line and since I have no qualms with spoilers, she shared as she skim read.
Now of course there is no proof this copy is the actual book, but just in case it is...

Actually, truth be told I don't want spoilers if I actually care about the story, but I only read HP for the fan-fic. There is so much well written or at least porny and wrong fan-fiction for HP, I just can't resist.
It's why contrary wise I actually assiduously avoid Code Geass spoilers like the plague, I actually CARE and so was not amused to be spoiled on 23 because of LJ icons. ~.~
If Kim is right then I actually got my fondest wish, no, not that any particular pairing happens or character lives, that the character I truly loathe DIES. Yeah so he has an amazingly heroic death and was actually doing something useful, but I care not because Dobby still dies! Hah! Die annoying CGI creations everywhere!!!!
Expect lots of pairing wank, cause hello lots of opportunities, though it sounds like Harry and Draco are slashy which is really all I can ask for since it's not like JK is going to have them run off together, even if we all know they should.
Bellatrix seems to be the only Death Eater who can actually do anything.
It sounds like JK watched one too many G&S productions cause everyone who lives gets married and lives happily ever after and has kids.
But really, the thing I want to talk about the most which is not strictly a spoiler, but most dear to my heart, time line issues!isachi use to always joke that I made sure that plot holes and time line inconsistencies did not swallow Wankage. That I was completely anal about such things, which I am. Anyone involved in RWT can attest that I still have this bee in my bonnet and muscatlove can attest I'm even like this for AUs that no one but the two of us will read!
In Book 7 we get actual birth dates for Lily and James Potter. James is born in 1960 and Lily in 1963. If this is true than either Lily somehow skipped 3 grades to be in the same year as James, Snape, Remus, Sirius, and Peter (something we've never heard of before) or is 3 grades behind the others. This leads to the realization that when James is 15 and lusting for Lily she is actually 12 XD;;; Lily has to be 17 when he gets her pregnant and unless they get married when Lily is pregnant, if they are actually married around New Years like it says in the HP Lexicon, Lily is 16! Wow, I had no idea James liked them so young XD;;; And wait wouldn't this mean Lily graduated from Hogwarts before she was actually old enough to take the apparation test since she would only be 15 at best! (This is assuming she was born in the first few months of the year as otherwise she graduated when she was 14!)
It's not that people can't skip grades, heck some people would consider that I skipped a grade since my parents didn't leave me back when I'm born in December. But we've also not seen any signs of grade skippage before, and Lily was muggle-born which just makes me wonder why they would want to skip her so much. Also, it is commonly held that people who are skipped grades are a little more... socially dysfunctional. ^^;
I'm not British, so it's possible Britain does something like the Japanese and the oldest in a class is April [year] and the youngest is March [year-1], which for example makes in PoT Yuuta born the same year as Ryoma and Syuusuke and Yukimura actually born the same year as Momo and Kaidoh and Mizuki, Oishi and Akutsu among the oldest and the 3 of them nearly 2 full years older than Yuuta, Kabaji, and Ohtori. However, the few birth dates we know are Remus (March), Snape (January) and James (March) so that really wouldn't help in this scenario as they would be the youngest in a class of 1959/1960 students.
Finally, there is the issue of James being born in March. I could have sworn somewhere it is stated that James is younger than Remus and Snape when the "prank" takes place, or is this fanon. If this is true, then the prank has to take place the full moon after Remus' birthday since both Remus and James are born in March which would be technically impossible as the New Moon was March 16.
Yes, I know as spoilers go this is not so interesting to most spoiler people go, but this is the sort of thing that interests me!
