rkoldWhile my DVD player refuses to play my Tenipuri Festa DVD because it has some weird PS2 coding, my husband's Mac was willing to play it!!!!! I can't get the sound, just the pictures, but from just the pictures....

For those who want to read about the DVD...
I only watched about 20 or so minutes of it, namely the part where the rivals come out and the part where the rivals show off their seiyuu skills. There were 4 rivals there, Toriumi Kousuke (Sengoku), Moriyama Eiji (Shinji), Tomita Makoto (Yuuuuuuuuuuuta!), and Suwabe Junichi (and we all know how he is). When they first come out, Tomita is all shy and doesn't have a lot to say. Awwwwwwww Suwabe is a wonderful ham, who comes out on a cell phone, and then has the crowd cheering for him like he is Atobe-sama. Which I guess, he sort of is ^o^ He's the only one in shorts. They all stood around and joked with the Seigaku seiyuu for a while. Kondou Takayuki (Oishi) and Hiroki Takahashi (Eiji) are the emcees. Hiroki is taller in real life and Kondou looks so young! So first, there is an advert for Smash Hit, (Which I want now!! and it shows various combinations including my personal favorite, Mizuki, Oshitari and Gakuto all against Keigo!) Then Tsuda Kenjirou (Inui) and Kiyasu Kohei (Kaidoh) are asked to come forward as are Moriyama and Toriumi. The seiyuu are supposed to act out some sort of demo game of Smash Hit. Hiroki proudly shows the seiyuu that the losers will have to drink Inui juice! Yes, they've made some sort of green juice they're calling Inui juice. The game looks quite amusing, everyone is shouting, I wish I had sound, Moriyama and Toriumi win. Then the seiyuu jog out and the crowd cheers, whoever gets more cheers doesn't have to drink the juice. And, well, Moriyama and Toriumi have to drink it. Neither is pleased, but both do it. Next up is Tomita and Kaida Yuki (Fuji) vs. Okiayu Ryoutarou (Tezuka) and Suwabe. Yes, the Fuji kyodai, like I've always wanted to see. *_______* Tomita is much more animated, and he's actually sort of cute. He has a dorky haircut, but it doesn't look as bad on him as I thought it would. He complains at Kaida when Fuji flubs it and unfortunately the brothers lose to Tezuka and Atobe. Kaida then grabs Tomita's hand and they run around the court together to cheers. (THEY HOLD HANDS!!!!!!!! Oh my god!!!) Then Okiyau and Suwabe circle the court in opposite directions. Much to Kaida's dismay, they have to drink. Tomita drinks it first, in one large gulp, and prompty collapses onto the floor with much laughter and clapping from the assembled seiyuu. He gets back up and then Kaida has to drink, she fights it and makes the most wonderful faces during it. Kaida is no Fuji when it comes to juice. They then all leave the field.
Next the seiyuu come out and are going to have to perform lines from one of their scenes. Poor Tomita has no place to sit, the bench isn't quite big enough, but Kaida grabs his hand and pulls him to sit next to her and the other Seigaku seiyuu. Before this, the Seigaku seiyuu were on one side and the rivals on the other. ^o^ But Tomita is now sitting in the middle of the Seigaku seiyuu with Kaida. Oh my god, she really is a Fujicest fangirl! I now know why people say she is a fan! So there are two platforms set up and the first people up are Moriyama and Mingawa Junko (Ryoma) doing a scene from Fudomine when Shinji played Ryoma. (Before the eye injury.) They each stand on separate platforms. Next, Toriumi and Onosaka Masaya (Momo) come up, and do a scene from when Sengoku plays Momo during Yamabuki. They're also on different platforms. Then Tomita, Kaida, Hiroki and Kondou come up. Hiroki and Kondou share one platform and Kaida and Tomita are on the other. Kaida and Tomita do the scene where Yuuta wants to keep trying and then Fuji invites Yuuta home tobe molested eat raspberry pie. They're sooooooo cute saying their lines together!!! Then the scene continues and we get Hiroki and Kondou doing their sunset scene from 36! It was like, yes let's slash Syuu-Yuu and then OishiKiku. They go and sit down, and then Tsuda and Kiyasu do the scene where Kaidoh is shirtless in the river (at sunset) and Inui seduces asks him about being doubles partners. Then Kawamoto Naru (Taka) goes to a platform and Onosaka and Kaida go to the other one, and say a few lines while Taka gets to do a big scene from 60. Kawamoto gets very into his scene and is very cute. Finally, Suwabe and Okiayu get to do scene from when they play during Hyotei. Both try to play to the crowd but Suwabe is much better at it. Oh my god, when Suwabe says his line about sensing Tezuka's weakness and puts his ahnd on his face Suwabe did it!!!! Damn! It was wonderful watching him say his line. I am so learning how to make screen caps!
Finally they all go off stage, and Kaida is still keeping a close eye on Tomita. XD Then we get to see this guy jogging, who I think is Konomi Takeshi. He's like lost in Tokyo, and looks up and sees Tokyo Tower, which is just so incredibly wrong to me. He finds this thermos with a note and the thermos has Inui juice in it! And Konomi drinks it! Hehehehehehe He also uses his cell, I wonder if he was calling Suwabe. I so have to see more and screen cap!!!! I know in the beginning they show the seiyuu sitting around chatting but it's harder for me to recognize all of them out of their jerseys.
Having now seen quite a few of the seiyuu, if I had to date one based purely on looks it would definitely be between Tsuda, Moriyama, Hiroki and Konomi Takeshi! Damn that mangaka is hot! (Assuming the guy jogging is the mangaka.) Next would be Tomita, Suwabe, Toriumi, Kiyasu and Kondou. Yes, Tomita is actually adorable. ^o^ Not as cute as Tsuda, Moriyama and Hiroki, but he'd be my next choice based only on looks. Kawamoto would look so much better if he dyed his hair back to brown/black >.< Hiroki looks fine with the reddish color but Kawamoto can not pull it off. Onosaka has horrible red blond hair and his hair is waaaaaaaaaaay too short! Not pretty. Okiyau looks very old. ^^; He looks way better on the DVD than in the recent Animedia pictures and the Voice Newtype pictures (That red color is just dreadful!) but damn, he needs to do something with his haircut, it's not flattering. I swear even Hoshi looks better with his bad haircut than Okiayu looks. ^^;;; But damn, I saw seiyuu, like moving around and acting dorky, now if only I could hear them. I am so buying a Japanese PS2 and I need these video games!

sumeragiskank recommends them to me. While sometimes she can be a bit off, she's much better than I am at weeding out things that should not be read. *sighs heavily*
And in answer tokosquarepelli's question, it appears I like "Blood" more than "Just for Dream" since I listened to "Blood" for 3 weeks straight and I've already added it back to my playlist which means "Just for Dream" is no longer on repeat. ^^
I've made a huge dent on my new layout, though assumeragiskank and becroberts have told me, no one is likely to truly get it but me. I scanned my moving page, and made a dent in scanning doujinshi to sell and to add to Penal-tea. Hopefully, if I don't oversleep tomorrow, I will be sharing soon. ^_^
